David Jordan
Chief Executive Officer
David has extensive experience across agribusiness, FMCG, and QSR sectors with an impressive track record leading organisations including Coles Liquor group, Baskin-Robbins, Costa Group and HS Fresh Foods. He is currently the Chair of Oysters Australia and he has also served as a board of director member for Paramatta Eels, Berries Australia and Driscoll's Australia.
David brings an energetic, pragmatic and people-focused approach to leadership. His broad career experience has made him highly adaptable, with an understanding that no two businesses, teams or challenges are the same — particularly in agriculture. At the heart of his approach is a simple belief: strong businesses are built by strong teams, and giving good people the opportunity to grow and perform is fundamental to long-term success.
Mark Leng
Executive General Manager – Commercial & Operations
Mark was born and raised in the Sunraysia region and is a well-seasoned fresh produce professional with deep roots in Citrus and Table Grapes. His journey began with hands-on experience on family farms during breaks from Charles Sturt University, where he developed a deep understanding of horticultural challenges and practices.
With a career spanning more than three decades with multiple facets of the industry, from wholesaling, retail, logistics, procurement, and has held leadership roles at Costa Group, Perfection Fresh, Holman Fresh/Freshmax and Fruit Master.
Melanie Krynauw
Executive General Manager - People, Capability and Safety
Melanie joins Nutrano's executive leadership team, leading the business’s people strategy, workforce capability and safety focus across its national operations.
With broad experience across agribusiness, PALM, third-party labour and people leadership, Melanie brings a practical, commercially minded approach to building strong, engaged and capable teams. Her work supports key areas including workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, recognition and safety.
Melanie is passionate about creating a connected and inclusive workplace culture where people feel valued, supported and empowered to contribute their best. Her leadership plays an important role in strengthening Nutrano’s “One Team” approach and ensuring people remain at the centre of the business.
Greg Jarman
Executive General Manager – Farming and Development
Greg leads the strategic growth, performance, and long‑term sustainability of Nutrano’s farming operations.
He brings extensive experience across Australian agribusiness, having held senior leadership roles including General Manager at Dairy Australia, National Horticulture and Growth Plan Manager at Costa, and Chairman of Raspberries and Blackberries Australia. Throughout his career, Greg has worked closely with growers and industry stakeholders to strengthen farming systems, lift productivity, and support sustainable industry growth.
Greg is known for his commercially focused and collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of the agricultural value chain. He is passionate about building resilient farming operations, driving operational excellence, and embedding innovation that delivers long‑term value for growers, customers and the Nutrano business.
Vladlen Potapenkov
Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary
Vladlen joined the company in February 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing Finance, IT, Procurement, and Governance. With 20 years of global experience in the food and beverage industry, Vladlen has held various leadership positions in both multinational and private equity environments across Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, and Australia.
Vladlen is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
