She plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our retail partners and driving collaborative success. Driven by a customer-centric approach, Ashlee is passionate about understanding shopper behavior and leveraging triggers for advancing category growth in the ever-evolving fresh produce landscape.

Mathew Roberts - Export Sales Manager

Mathew’s passion for the fresh produce sector began more than two decades ago, driven by a keen interest in international trade. His wealth of experience in the fresh produce industry, combined with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and market intelligence, has been integral to our operations. Mathew works closely with our farm team and supply chain partners to ensure the delivery of top-quality produce to our international customers. Actively involved in fostering relationships with our global partners and industry organizations, Mathew’s unwavering dedication to quality ensures consumers worldwide enjoy widespread access to our exceptional Australian-grown citrus and mangoes.

Laura McGregor - Export Co-Ordinator

A seasoned traveler who has explored Europe, Asia and North America. Her adventurous spirit led her to live abroad, where she taught English in Malaysia and selling trees in Canada.

Laura’s diverse experience in travel and hospitality, along with a passion for food and cultural insights has been invaluable in her role in providing exceptional customer service to our global customers in over 20 countries.
