Dom Goldman – Wholesale Category Manager

With over 25 years of experience in the fresh produce industry, Dom plays a key role in driving sales and managing Nutrano’s wholesale channel. Passionate about fresh produce, he is dedicated to executing strategic sales plans and maximising commercial outcomes in an ever-evolving market.

Dom’s deep industry knowledge and market insights enable him to identify opportunities, adapt to shifting demand, and deliver the best value for both growers and customers. His strong customer relationships and proactive approach ensure Nutrano remains a trusted partner in the wholesale sector

Ashlee Kilmartin – Retail Category Manager

Ashlee brings extensive expertise, having held positions in Category Management and Marketing within the Australian fresh produce industry for the past sixteen years. She plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our retail partners and driving collaborative success. Driven by a customer-centric approach, Ashlee is passionate about understanding shopper behavior and leveraging insights to fuel category growth in a dynamic industry.

Mathew Roberts - Export Sales Manager

Mathew’s passion for the fresh produce sector began more than two decades ago, driven by a keen interest in international trade. His wealth of experience in the fresh produce industry, combined with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and market intelligence, has been integral to our operations. Mathew works closely with our farm team and supply chain partners to ensure the delivery of top-quality produce to our international customers. Actively involved in fostering relationships with our global partners and industry organizations, Mathew’s unwavering dedication to quality ensures consumers worldwide enjoy widespread access to our exceptional Australian-grown citrus and mangoes.

Laura McGregor - Export Co-Ordinator

A seasoned traveler who has explored Europe, Asia and North America. Her adventurous spirit led her to live abroad, where she taught English in Malaysia and selling trees in Canada.

Laura’s diverse experience in travel and hospitality, along with a passion for food and cultural insights has been invaluable in her role in providing exceptional customer service to our global customers in over 20 countries.

Vincent Deng - Sales & Operations Planning Manager

Vincent is a seasoned supply chain professional specializing in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, and operational efficiency. As S&OP Manager at Nutrano, he optimises supply chain processes across multiple farms, ensuring seamless coordination between production, logistics, and customer demand. With over a decade of experience in fresh produce and FMCG, he has led functions spanning S&OP, production planning, procurement, inventory management, and customer service.

Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Vincent focuses on refining planning processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving operational excellence. He thrives on Nutrano’s dynamic challenges and embraces its collaborative team culture—making it an ideal place to innovate and grow.

Paula Whitchurch – Production Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the packing industry, Paula has worked across all aspects of the process—from sorting and packing fruit to quality control, where she became an Authorised Officer. Paula later stepped into a leadership role, guiding a team to success in both export and local markets.

As Production Manager at Sunwest Pack Shed, Paula oversees the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless operations. She is proud to be part of a motivated team that values culture, people, and collaboration. Together, they are committed to delivering high-quality produce with precision and care.

Niraj Paudel - Agronomist – Abbotsleigh Farm

Niraj is an experienced Agronomist specializing in crop management, providing expert guidance on nutrition, soil health, pest control, and irrigation to optimise tree health and maximise high-quality yield.

Passionate about plant growth and development, he finds great reward in observing crops progress through different phenological stages. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, Niraj researches and promotes advanced farming techniques to enhance efficiency and ensure year-round production. His expertise is vital in maintaining orchard health, improving yield consistency, and supporting Nutrano’s commitment to quality and sustainable farming.
