lady jane mango recipe
You'll need the following ingredients to make this smoothie:
- 2 Lady Jane mangoes, peeled and seed removed
- 2 seedless mandarins peeled
- 1/2 banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup almond milk or plant based milk of your choice
- 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
- Makes one tall glass or two smaller serves
