Smoothie ingredients:

You'll need the following ingredients to make this smoothie:

  • 2 Lady Jane mangoes, peeled and seed removed
  • 2 seedless mandarins peeled
  • 1/2 banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or plant based milk of your choice
  • 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
  3. Makes one tall glass or two smaller serves
